We had to return it the first time beacuse we hear something.

Very good laptop but a little too delicate and keys stick.

This lab top works pretty good. I've been enjoying it.

In a beginning everything was very good. 1 TB hard drive, plenty of memory, fast load.Did not like that Lenovo specific utilities cannot be uninstalled. Later laptop started to have display problems. first it turned green, then negative. Brought it back and changed to Dell.

Bought this for my parents as an introductory laptop. Big screen and full keyboard made this easy for them to use. Full disclaimer: they really only check email and log onto various websites for browsing/purchasing. They also store some pics. Light usage. Perfect for them.

A case of you get what you pay for here. My computer is 6 weeks old and the battery life is about 1 hour maybe 30 mins longer if the dimmer is all the way down. Also, the processor is very noisy....the spinning /tick tick tick noise. Way more than any other computer I've compared it to. But it was relatively inexpensive. It was recommended to me by a geek squad mngr. When I came back a couple weeks later and spoke with 2 different geek squad reps, they were shaking their heads in agreement while I was explaining the battery situation. I was told thats were the cost savings come into effect on this model. I'm trading up.

The Lenovo laptop has performed ver well, was well priced and has all the featured required of a good home office computer.

Excellent for day to day use. I use this for a lot of different things because you still can't do everything from a phone

ONLY REASON I RETURNED THIS IS ALL LAPTOPS IN MY OFFICE ARE DELL. WITHOUT THAT, ABSOLUTELY THIS ONE IS VERY GOOD LAPTOP.

So far it seems to fit all of my requirements. Very happy.

I purchased this item November 22, 2017. It ran great for 1 week. Then, it the keys began to delay when typing and then I lost my pointer. I took it back and they replaced it. They said it was driver problem. I guess I'll see how it goes. Geek Squad very helpful,,,,,

The A12 perfroms well and the footprint is large as you'd expect from a 15.6" screen. But the only disappointing thing is that the screen resolution is poor. It's a large screen with sub-HD quality. The laptop does it's job, but at the expense of a bit of eye strain,

Only good thing about product is it was very inexpensive. Best Buy price was good and so was their geek setup help. But you get what you pay for. Purchased apple mac air year ago and it is a much better product.
