If it was not Microsoft they could restore my password once for a 40.00 fee. The fact that the purchase was only a month earlier held no relevance . Not happy with Best Buy’s policy of what appears to be buyer beware.

Within a year it started to slow down pretty much to a snail pace. Since it was past 1 yr warranty I took it to a store to wipe it clean and reinstall windows and they were unable to. The diagnostic said that the motherboard was bad. It is dead weight now.

I got it fixed by Geeks at best buy in they said they put in a new hard drive 2 months later the same thing happened now I am stuck with a paper weight. BEST BUY IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. I wasted $313.76 on JUNK!!!!!

Not even a year old and it's been to Lenovo 2 times. They send it back saying it's been repaired but of course it still freezes. The customer service and Tech units are horrible too. Will never buy another Lenovo. Heck does not even deserve a star.

Posted .This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. If the system is unstable, that points to incompatible software being installed. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

At most it should take maybe 2 hours or so tondo this and ended up taking over 12. Graphics were poor and it still didn't function properly after all of that. Returned the next day.

Best buy says that is the best it can do. What else could you use this for except a book end. Never again. Stick with Dell or HP

Not too much bloat ware. Video graphics are as excellent. Sound is really good ; better than I expected. Keyboard is fine. Love the titanium color. Internet flies like the wind on my home wireless. The only neg is the fan noise. A lot of white noise while idling. However the unit doesn't get hot like some laptops do and I don't hear the noise if playing a game or video. Window overall is becoming annoying with wanting to take over every function but that's with all MS based PCs now. For the money, this is a really good buy.

The onboard fan will automatically run to maintain the optimum operating temperature of the system. When the fan runs, you will hear it. This is normal.

Posted .Be sure the laptop is actually connected to the internet. Be sure you have properly initiated Windows 10. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the SD slot on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.
