The overall product is perfect for my needs. With the add on of office it fits well in my office use.

Overall, I was very satisfied with both products! I can wear my headphones for two days without having to charge them. My open box computer was practically brand new....it still had the plastic over the keyboard.

This computer is very fast, and has solid build quality. The screen is not great, but for most people, it will be fine. So far, the computer has been quite reliable. In my view, you get a lot for your money here.

This is a great laptop for someone with a small budget. I needed a laptop that I could write documents, surf the internet and social media, store pictures, and deal with daily emails for home/personal and work.

I bought this for light gaming and mostly for school work. The shift key is in an odd spot but once you type or play a game with the laptop you don't even notice. It runs fast and the battery life is decent.

I like the Lenovo 1TB laptop I bought from you, however, Windows 10 is extremely hard to learn.

Great product for the price. The graphics card is a bonus with the 7th generation processor and Windows 10 OS. I'd recommend this product for anyone with badic computing, word processing and gaming needs.

I have never had a Lenovo product before. Bought for online classes. Haven't had any issues.

My intent was to get a new computer that keeps me reasonably up to date, and this one does.

I read the reviews that talked about the right hand shift key, but thought I could deal with it being small. I have found it inconvenient if I am doing a lot of typing. I hit the up arrow instead. I have to watch what I am typing otherwise the cursor is moved to a different place because of hitting the up arrow instead of the shift key.

This laptop is not the fastest or best out there but for the price it does a great job doing everyday things. I would not use this laptop for high demand games but is great for everything else.

Works well for what I want to do. One caveat, the camera pictures are very grainy.

The hard drive went out within a few weeks. Now, it is practically useless for getting on the internet (which is why I bought it). It won't play videos. It constantly reboots, or I have to use control-alt-delete to get it unfrozen. I wasted my money on this trash. Please don't waste yours- buy something else.

Since I bought my computer I have been happy with it it has been a good computer

It's been a very dependable work laptop. Crisp screen, very good battery life.

I purchased this product cause I wanted an AMD processor. It has been truly a nightmare. I have taken it back to best buy 3 times. If I use the black tie warranty to replace it then I lose the remaining years. I will wait to closer to the end of warranty to replace it to get a newer model laptop.

This laptop has a number of flaws that make it marginal at best. Most egregious is the keyboard panel has started to come apart on the right side. The display is dim on battery, and settings in Windows haven't helped. It was horribly slow, and almost unusable when we first got it. I had to put an SSD drive in to make it marginally functional. Even with that upgrade it takes too long to load apps and playing something like Minecraft is way to laggy to bother with. The A12 processor feels on par with a Celeron, even though benchmark sites tend to put it near a I3/I5. I don't buy it at all, way too slow. I have eight computers at home and this is by far the slowest. Between falling apart and slow, laggy perforamnce I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I am still learning but I think the computer will work for my school work.
