Turns out that most of what I want to do is managed through Microsoft and this makes if very difficult to manage my information. Microsoft One Drive says my drive is full and wants me to purchase more memory. I also cannot change several settings which have caused a frustrating learning curve for something that I should not have to re-learn. I have worked on a variety of computers for many years and I do not consider myself to be a novice user, but this laptop has made me feel as if I do not know anything about using a computer. Just disappointed all the way around.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
