This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Posted .The heart of the Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop is the Windows 10 operating system. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Posted .This reason you can not copy from a particular CD most likely, is that the CD content is Copyright Protected by the original owner/publisher. Additionally, to play commercial CD/DVD music and movie content, you will need to have Media Player software installed on the computer, that is compatible with the file content of the CDs/DVDs you are trying to listen to or view. Windows 10 Home does not have Media Player software preinstalled. You can copy your files to a writable CD/DVD with the CD/DVD drive within this computer.

I have a really nice MacBook that I bought last year and have been using that for college but as I've gotten closer to my degree I had to get a Windows computer to be compatible with applications needed for accounting. This laptop was the one I chose as it was on sale for $319.99 at the time and it had a 10-key. The processor, RAM, and conventional hard drive (not SSD) seemed underwhelming spec wise but I didn't care, just needed something to do the school work as my Mac can do everything else. I got it delivered on Thursday and have put all my stuff on it so I can function. I was surprised at just how quick and usable this laptop is. I was expecting this thing to be a dog but completely stock it is fast enough! In the future I may bump the RAM and throw in an SSD but for now, I see no point in doing so. If you buy this laptop you'll be pleasantly surprised at what it has to offer, especially at this price point. The screen is alright, nothing stand out like my Retina display on the Mac but definitely good enough. Battery life is meh, but it only has a 2 cell battery so that's to be expected. If you're on the go then turn down your settings and use the battery saver. If you're on the fence about buying this cheap laptop, do it. It is worth it!

Tech guys said this was a good one but it runs slow ( not my internet), takes forever to start up. I’m very computer savvy but this is irritating to navigate. It’s not touch screen, and it freezes.. with the 14 day return policy it took that amount of time to realize the glitches in the laptop.

Be sure your router has the latest firmware updates offered by your router manufacturer at their web site. The Dual-Core/Four-Thread AMD Ryzen 3 2200U processor is fast, with a base speed of 2.5GHz and a boost speed of up to 3.4GHz. Be sure any programs you have installed are compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.
