So I purchase this laptop for my business with it's sole purpose to process data on small jobs. The factory BLOATWARE and unremovable McAfee BLOATWARE absolutely my experience and will never purchase anything Lenovo again.

I expected more from Lenovo. Hard drive failed after 6 months. Machine had to be mailed to them at my expense to replace the hard drive. It's also slow.

Bought this computer for my daughter's Christmas and it lasted about 7 months before the hard drive crashed

I ordered this computer online for school and within an hour was able to pick it up at the Best Buy near me. First and foremost, the computer has a great sleek, and clean look to it which I loved! The screen is bigger than I thought it would be, (my old laptop only had a screen size of 11'' which was fine, but this is definitely an incredible upgrade!) and the resolution is pretty good as well. I have watched Netflix on it for a few hours and the quality is definitely worth the price I paid. It took a few minutes to finish the initial set up but thats to be expected as it had to update a few things. I bought it a couple days ago and it runs like a dream. Its just the right speed for me, and I need a decent speed with all the online school work, web surfing, research, and occasional recreational use like Netflix and light video gaming. The ONLY downside to this computer is that the battery life isn't long lasting. It needs recharged within about 4 or so hours of constant use. Which it says in the description when looking at the details of the laptop. However it charges up relatively fast so it really isnt an issue for me, just the only small downside I was able to find in order to give an overall review that wasn't straight gooshing about this laptop. Long story short, I love just about everything about this laptop and the price was extremely reasonable. This is my first Lenovo Brand and I am definitely impressed with the quality of their electronics thus far. :)

After just 2 months the screen is going green all of the sudden for no reason.

This laptop is not only stylish but it is also very thing at 0.9 inches tall. The display is your basic TN panel screen which means it will not have very good viewing angle as it would it was an IPS panel. But that does not really take much away from the experience. I got this laptop on sale for 329.99 which at time of this writing it is now 379.99. The ryzen 3 processor is rather fast for daily tasks like web browsing and watching videos on youtube etc which is what I use this system for. If i do load any games on it I will not be trying to run something that just came out. System has 8GB of ram but some where on the description it said 4GB so that is wrong on here. For the money this is a fairly good deal considering comparative HP laptops don't always come with WirelessAC and bluetooth which this laptop has. Does not come with an SSD. But the device is rather easy to upgrade if you know someone who can do that for you. I have dropped a 500GB samsung 860 EVO SSD in it as of yesterday now this system is super responsive and snappy. Moral of my novel of a review? BUY IT.

I absolutely love my product. it is easy to use, sleek, and still learning all the many features this laptop has. I do not game much but I could if I wanted to. I plan on learning all about the graphics it has, what they do and what they mean. I use my laptop mostly for personal use, web browsing, email, podcasts, and more. I would highly recommend this laptop to friends and family and will continue to use this brand... Thanks, Lenovo for a great experience with a great laptop. I have already recommended it to my sister who bought one and my husband is in the market for a new laptop and will also purchase one.

I got this one today. It was very easy to install everything. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and meets with my expectation to use this for my simple office work. The price is excellent. I bought this when it was on sale $319.99. Fantastic. I don't believe to see the price then went up a day after my purchase. I am very happy and satisfied.

I selected my laptop after my current laptop emergency arose (black screen and thereafter a noisy hard drive). Due to work-related travel I had to replace it quickly. After hours of using the Best Buy site online, I found a laptop that seemed to fit what I needed short-term. Due to website design my search criteria constantly got lost every time I changed store locations, RAM or Storage size, whatever. I checked touchscreen dozens of times as a requirement. This laptop has listed in its specifications "touch screen"--I stopped there. All the other "Specifications" items listed were actually in the laptop. If I had looked to the right on the Specifications I would have discovered that what Best Buy meant was the opposite--Touchscreen NO. There was really NO Touchscreen. This is terribly misleading and defies common English usage. This laptop also does not have a radiator or a kitchen sink or puppy either. Should those be listed and then a "No" put in? Absurd. Because I am traveling daily from city to city for work for weeks and must have a working laptop at all times, I now have a "touch screen-No" laptop and cannot readily return it. Otherwise, for the price, it seems to work great. I have had many Lenovos over the years and most have been sturdy workhorses. Hopefully this one, without the touch screen I thought I was buying, will be the same and will be reliable.

I bought this as a cheap stop-gap in between jobs, and not knowing if I was going to have a replacement at a new job. For its price it has done remarkably well. The good -- can handle all work applications and could even handle higher end programs like Photoshop semi-decently. For programs like Excel, Google apps, etc., it is fine, as well as for video. The OK -- resolution is adequate, the weight is not super heavy but still somewhat heavy, even for a large man like me. The screen brightness leaves a lot to be desired, as does the battery and max speaker volume. The Bad -- hard drive speed is very slow, and the unit can really get bogged down at the most inopportune times, often in mornings or when you are trying to get something done. Additionally, if not rebooted regularly, it will freeze up on you. My advice -- if you need a cheap PC that you might replace in a year or are somewhat desperate, it's a good buy. If you can afford to spend more than $1k, do that instead and get something with a solid state drive and a faster processor, and lighter.

Just turned on mine today. Took me 10 minutes to setup. The design is very sleek and ergonomic. The Ryzen 3 with Vega graphics are good stuff. The kicker, got it for $319.99 now it's back to $379.99. Thanks Lenovo! Thanks Bestbuy!

I got this laptop because the one I had before stopped working, I was a little hesitant at first, but this turned out to be a grate buy, it fells lighter than it's weight of almost 5lbs, the design looks as if it belongs in the $400-$450 price range, over all it's a grate laptop for a high school student, college student, or practically anyone that doesn't want to spend so much on a laptop.

First Lenovo Laptop. It's Black friday. What do I do. I run to the $280 14 inch i3 and.... 14 inch is small. So I run to the $399 HP with the i5 and it's.... sold out. So I find this for $370 - it's not even a BF special it's just randonly on sale... OK- this blows 7th Gen i3 out of water. It blows AMD A10 out of water. The Ryzen and 8 Gigs Ram makes this thing a beast.

It handles powerpoint and excel at a fine speed. Theres no lag when watching 1080p videos.

This laptop do a great job for the price is fast enough.
