The computer runs very well and it is definitely great for any project you need to do. One problem I have, though, is that sometimes the laptop will have a 'Plugged in, not charging' status, which can be confusing. Also, another issue is that the laptop's memory cannot be upgraded by the customer. Overall, it is still an amazing product.

With regard to the "plugged In/Not Charging" status, the battery will not charge if the device is plugged in while the battery has approximately 80% or higher charge. It will maintain the charge at the 80% level but not charge higher. This is called "trickle charge" and it is to help maintain the life of the battery. Once the battery charge level goes below approximately 40%, the battery will charge normally and charge to 100%. You are correct, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this system can support is 12GB. There are 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB in the one memory slot within the device. Your certified technician can replace the existing 4GB RAM stick for an 8GB RAM stick for a system total of 12GB RAM.

I find the keys a little to easy to push but I'll get used to that. My only complaint, the picture is good but unless you're looking straight at it it has a cloudy aura.
