However, The Office 365 I purchased at the same time for it has an invalid 25 digit code. Best Buy has not been helpful in rectifying this, so the computer does not have office at this time.. I recommend the computer, but not the $69 for invalid software

We set up two user accounts and moved all of the data from two old laptops onto this one and still have great storage for future use.

Has a lot of useful tools and is easy to use. Only complaint is the help function is not very useful, could have more information.

Here is a link to all the documentation for this model: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/300-series/330-17ikb-type-81dk/documentation. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Not super resolution screen. But ok for watching videos and working and scouring Internet. Changed out internal drive with SSD to make zipper

The screen on this laptop is a 1600 x 900 (HD+) resolution, anti-glare screen, with a brightness level of 200 nits. Please keep in mind, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.

A great value and easy to use. Only issue is the mouse pad should have separate buttons for right and left clicks

With regard to the touchpad buttons, although the touchpad is a one-piece construction, there are right ant left click areas formatted within the touchpad. You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

Windows operating system is a pain sometimes. Lots of surprise updates. All in all, a good value laptop.

Great for personal use spread sheets and research

This laptop has a light in caps on key to let me know when caps is on. Wish battery was easy to remove, use to pull if someone was trying to hack.
