Very Disappointing

The first is still running strong on Windows 8.1, and I upgraded the RAM to the max, but it was time to move on. This one has decent specs for office work, but was insanely slow. I even stripped it down to Windows only. I tried to upgrade with a new SSD HD and more memory, but Lenovo made upgrading this impossible as the case won't open. It should be one screw and the case pops off. It doesn't and I ended up cracking the screen. 650 dollars down the toilet in one year (not to mention the aggravation of trying to work on this.)

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 of the same computers same day in April from Best Buy Round Rock TX location, and the very lower part of screen on one computer started acting up 4 months later, so I took it to Geek Squad of the same store immediately, with "Geek Squad" and manufacture warranty, did not think it would be big expenses to fix it. Got call few days after, told me the screen cracked ( how? it sat on my desk for the past 4 months) and it would cost $586 to fix it and $85 to ship back to me. it is the same cost to buy a brand new one! I bought more than 10 laptops of HP, Dell, Toshiba for the past 8 years, never had any issues, this is the first time trying All in One computer, screen cracked in 4 months? at the cost of same price for a brand new computer just to fix? No, I will never buy this brand again. One star is quite generous to give. I will keep this posted till the problem solved.
