Q: Can't seem to get the keyboard and mouse to work. Open item and no manual was in the box.
A: This system ships with a wireless keyboard and mouse. First, check the batteries in the keyboard and mouse to be sure they are installed and not dead. Second be sure the wireless USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse is installed within one of the USB ports on the computer. You can find the USB receiver stored in the base of the mouse, within the battery compartment. Finally, be sure to turn on the keyboard and mouse.
