The 24 in monitor is perfect. I can double up the pages when using office word. The 1TB storage is more than my need. The processor AMD A12, to my believe, is the top V8 ones. It is fast with my internet provider at 10 mbps (not 200mbps or higher). When watching movie/video with 1080p, it displays perfectly (at 10mbps). With its Dolby movie sounds and sitting only 3 to 5 feet away from the screen, with junk foods of course, it is just as equivalent to as a 48 in or bigger TV with home theatre surround sounds in a living room setting. The camera is a plus. I can hang out or skype with my friends without the need to add a camera. In sum, for the price I got on Black Friday and 10% cash back with BBuy card, it is a big bargain. I bought a 500 GB SSD with the cash back, because it has SS 3.0 USB ports

It’s sleek, stylish, looks great in my kitchen. The counter-depth makes my kitchen look larger and I LOVE the freezer room!! Great buy.

The color on the screen keeps going out. I imagine it's because it was open box.

We discovered that my 6-year-old granddaughter has a learning disability and we needed to get a computer that was simple, had Bluetooth for the mouse and keyboard, with a big touch-screen. I always go first to the Geek Squad to get their onions. I do this because they are the people who work on the product when something goes wrong, so they really know which products are good, and which ones to stay away from. I want to go with a Hewlett Packard All-In-One, but was advise for $100 more the Lenovo - 520-24AST 23.8" was the way to go, especially with the Ram and a 1TB Hard Drive. A MUCH BIGGER BANG FOR THE BUCK. The device was easy to set-up, supper fast, has a quality feel and look, durable, and my granddaughter is doing wonderfully on it. If a 6-year-old can become very competent on this quality computer, you should be “A-Shoe-in”! Could not be happier, and I am a hard grader. PS- It was not a $100 price penalty since with the 30 day guarantee of matching the lowest price, I was able to find a price $75 cheaper and Best Buy credited my account. ALWAYS CHECK YOU PRICES AFTER YOU BUY FROM BEST BUY. I personally have save hundreds of dollars with this simple process.

I got this all-in-one for a new job at work. When my HP all-in-one at home DIED, I immediately rushed over to Best Buy to by another Lenovo. Lenovo - 520-24AST 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One - AMD A12-Series - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Black. Yeah, if I had big bucks, I'd buy a I-7 processer, more memory and possibly not an AMD. (Maybe lack of knowledge of how AMD has advanced /bias toward intel). This thing is great. Easy to set up and get running in a couple minutes. I never consulted the instructions..just plug and play. No service call was needed to HP support! (Good thing cuz it's a Lenovo, lol, right?). And yeah I never heard of Lenovo before. That was scary, [I was concerned it would be like an E-machine=junk,imo]. It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. At home I put it on a tv stand that swivels, Great idea. It was hard to find the DVD player at work...I did NOT know it had one since someone esle bought it and set it up. (DVD player is hidden on the right side) I love having a touch screen (like on the HP). THERE are no set up disks with the unit.Nothing that says official windows...(Maybe they quit doing that). I've used this pc since May 22nd and the second since June 12th...5 weeks and 2 weeks. No complaints. Well I don't like Windows 10. I need to figure out how to get Comcast virus protection for home..(It only comes with a short virus trial). I did look for other options before I purchased this..because the HP was on its last legs...but I did not find any screaming deals/or fantastic reviews. Was actually looking at cool larger curved screens, etc. But when the HP quit..I just went out and bought this nice reliable simple, reasonably inexpensive option. One thing they do not think of, is when you get a set up error, by having a wireless keybaord/mouse, you cannot tell the system any other commands. I keep an old USB keyboard around for those times. Touch screen doesn't work until system boots beyond the startup, either. I love this plain jane basic unit. Nice having the same one as work. I'm not giving up my desktop or all in one soon. I have a laptop...but I like the bigger screens. Would have bought a 32 or 34 inch...if the HP had not died. I love the phone and its aps...But sometimes I want a bigger screen. Great having both.

I am enjoying my new Lenovo All-in-one desktop. It is faster than my previous all-in-one and more compact. And, I just realized that it is a touch screen. WOW!!

We’ve had this computer for several weeks now and I LOVE it. Setting it up was quick and easy. The built in camera is really cool. My son has used the dvd in it and it has a good quality picture. We have 3 profiles one for the kids, one for myself and one for my husband. Kids love the touch screen. They are able to play games on it easily. So far my only issue is the volume, wish it were a little louder. We had to connect speakers to it in order to hear a movie really good otherwise it wasn’t that loud. It’s not a deal breaker though. Other than that I love this computer. I definitely recommend it for everyone.

Love this machine so much! Such a simple setup I had it booted and running my favorite programs in less than 30 minutes! Very sleek look to it as well, can’t beat it!

I really likey computer the touch screen is amazing! And no wire getting in the way love it ! It's not hard for me to use . I'm becoming great at using a computer not to complex and the brand is a great brand it will last a lot longer than the computer I was going to buy at Walmart thanks to my best buy computer wiz made it well worth the buy

The touch screen is too far away to be of use, but I like the size which allows for a lot of stuff in front of the unit. We've heard about hackers manipulating cameras so the camera stays hidden unless it is needed. All the cables, and disk drive are also hidden at the back to reduce clutter.

Fast, Easy to Use, Quick and easy setup! TouchScreen is wonderful feature. Also nice that the camera can be put away when not in use.

I picked this up from Best Buy less than a year ago and thought that for the money it should be a decent office machine. I really like the matte touch screen and it being FHD. The aesthetics are great except for the toy keyboard and mouse packaged with it and overall the usability is excellent with a nicely placed power button and USB port on the side as well as a neatly hidden headphone jack. BUT I keep testing the A-12 on benchmarks because the computer is disgustingly slow. Every benchmark I use reports that not only is the computer slow compared to other off the shelf computers, it's even slow compared to other computers with the same hardware. I'm running somewhere in the 6-30 percentile in terms of performance for the hardware. So I thought that the problem was 8GB ram and a slow drive. I replaced the 1TB platter drive with a 500GB Samsung SSD and doubled the RAM. Initially it helped increase the speed a bit but now I'm right back to the same benchmarks. Hmmm. The computer starts super fast as would be expected from a SSD but it struggles with basic functions like typing. Yes, often just typing in a document will be delayed (across several programs). YouTube struggles to provide FHD resolution and any gaming is impossible. Oh, and the WiFi card failed after 2 months. First bluetooth wouldn't connect most of the time and then it went entirely. After that the WiFi quit connecting most of the time. I replaced it with a Intel AC 9260 which is working great. The original, Atheros card was junk. So generally I'm disappointed at what should have been a serviceable AIO, so I'm back in the market for a replacement. It might really just be this exact computer but my guess is that there were a lot of little decisions with this model that cut corners. I don't want to be scared off from AMD, but the A-12 is a big letdown compared to even the m3 in my Surface Pro.

It was so simple to set up my new all-in-one computer. From simply placing the base stand on the monitor to setting up the wifi and start browsing the web. Highly recommend it. And to top it off the keyboard and mouse are WIRELESS !!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

I purchased the Lenovo 520-24AST computer about six months ago. When I set out to buy a new computer, I originally wanted an HP. However, after I went to the store and played around with the HP it wasn’t that good. I had previously owned a Dell computer which died a few years after I purchased it. Therefore, I really didn’t want to purchase another Dell computer. I started researching the computers offered on bestbuy.com and notice the Lenovo 520-24AST offered what I was looking for in the price range I wanted to spend. The day I went in to purchase my computer there was a sales representative from Lenovo that was in the store. I was able to verify the information I had gathered from my research on this computer. And he gave me a demonstration of how the computer ran. I was impressed. The Best Buy sales representative who was assisting me, also stated he owned a Lenovo computer for eight years and it was still in good running condition. That made me feel confident about purchasing the Lenovo 520-24AST. The computer was easy to setup and I started using it immediately. I am very happy with my purchase and I plan to purchase other items from Lenovo soon.

I love this computer. The monitor is large enough so I could ditch my second monitor at my desk. It is quick enough for video games and more than enough for day to day use. I think this was a great buy and it takes less space than my old tower system.

great looking, doesn't take up a lot of room. Been wanting an all in one for several years and very happy with the speed, size of monitor and that everything is wireless. Set up was so simple and quick

Computer is great so fast the all-in-one takes up less room you don’t have to find a place to put your tower touchscreen I didn’t think I wanted is awesome and just overall a really good product

This computer was a lot faster than I expected. It is as fast as an intel i3 gen 8. Plus the price is right. It’s great for basic computing.

I purchased this computer for ease with school work since my laptop had given up on me. It’s easy to use, and speed is great. Possibly my only complaint on the computer is that the monitor does not swivel 360* , it only moves up and down and makes things a little difficult when doing a proctored test and I have to rotate the computer around but other than that, this computer runs really well. I have not tried any gaming on this computer.
