This system ships with a wireless keyboard and mouse. First, check the batteries in the keyboard and mouse to be sure they are installed and not dead. Second be sure the wireless USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse is installed within one of the USB ports on the computer. You can find the USB receiver stored in the base of the mouse, within the battery compartment. Finally, be sure to turn on the keyboard and mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This computer doesn't include a manual, it can be downloaded from Lenovo's web site. Now for the mouse and keyboard. They are USB connected. Somewhere in the box should have been a very small USB fob. Mine was with the batteries. When inserted into the USB port it sticks out less than a half an inch. Without that fob the mouse and keyboard will not work. If you do have it in the USB port and still have a problem check the batteries in each. If still having a problem, remove the fob and turn off and then on the computer. Then put the fob in the USB port and turn on the computer. Hope this helps. If it didn't time to return it. Sorry your having trouble, ours has been working very good. Will give you a heads up, that blasted Windows 10 thinks you want everything on the One Drive. I was copying picture from and older computer and it was taking forever. Took me a while to figure out what was going on. But it was also sending a copy up to One Drive. May not be a problem unless you are copying 25 gigabytes of genealogy photos and documents.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This may sound basic, but did you try new batteries? Is the usb faulty, perhaps? Didn’t have an issue with mine.
