QuestionCan't seem to get the keyboard and mouse to work. Open item and no manual was in the box.

- Answer This system ships with a wireless keyboard and mouse. First, check the batteries in the keyboard and mouse to be sure they are installed and not dead. Second be sure the wireless USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse is installed within one of the USB ports on the computer. You can find the USB receiver stored in the base of the mouse, within the battery compartment. Finally, be sure to turn on the keyboard and mouse.

- Answer It really will depend on the requirements of the software. We recommend you check with the software publisher's web sites for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

- Answer This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this system can support is 16GB, so your certified technician can add more RAM to this system.

In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. You can use an existing Microsoft Office License that is compatible with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2007 or newer. Do not install the software. Just use the 25-digit Product Code that came with your version of Microsoft Office to activate the software already installed on the device.
