Normal laptops were getting expensive and not lasting long. I have to say I was surprised at how well it fits my needs. I purchased a desktop for my major needs like photo editing. The chromebook is great for on the go, streaming, apps, downloaded videos. Very happy with my purchase. Love the touch screen and the ability to fold into a tablet.

Everything was as expected, the machine is working well. Support mostly comes from web pages and so on (there is a learning curve for Android-land) but it is generally straightforward to find answers to questions. This is a nice little machine, lightweight and with great battery life.

Good for Traveling

From my limited use it should be very good for that. The only disappointment so far is that you can not disable the curser pad. I like using a mouse. It was suggested by the Geek Squad to tape a stiff cut out over it. Will try that. I still use my Windows PC for every day use. Maybe with time, I will use the Chrome Book more. But for the price and features it was a good deal.

She uses it all the time and no complaints. It was used for online school and for recreation. I'm happy with the purchase and we have owned for approximately 1 1/2 years. I cannot speak for business use, but kids use Google docs and she always has a million windows open and it is responsive without crashing.

OK. A decent chromebook, but not a super star

It is small and sturdy enough for chromebook with slightly bigger screen size than my ipad. However, I was expecting it to be lot lighter but it is not lightweight. Also the processing power was not sufficient for me to run multiple browsing sessions. Hence returned this.

Practical and functional. So good I bought 2, Chromebooks make great alternatives when browsing, watching videos, Bootup time is fast .. has access to Google Play store .. touchscreen ... processing is fast. Great to have as a travel laptop that you can afford to lose versus a more expensive one.
