A: The lifespan of a device begins from its initial launch date. The specific lifespan varies between devices and operating systems, but Google tends to support Chrome OS devices for about 6.5 years following its public release date. Q: Can I use Zoom on this Chromebook?
A: I was able to download the app from the chrome web store (not the google play store where you'd normally download apps) and use zoom on it. Just google zoom app in chrome web store and it will take you to where you can download the compatible app for this device.
A: That will depend on your needs. Any of these options can increase the storage of the device externally. If you are storing data like pictures/videos/docs a memory card or flash drive should suffice. If you are wanting to install additional APPS or software an external SSD would give you the best performance.
Q: Does it already have Microsoft Office, or do I have to purchase that separately
A: Hi there. This is a Chromebook. It uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

Installing Zoom on Chrome OS is as easy as going to the Google Play store and downloading the Zoom for Chrome application. Q: Is there a Lenovo stylus/pen compatible with this model?
A: No. The Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 11 is not compatible with any active/digital pen.
A: I believe Minecraft is a Microsoft game and you cannot get it on a Chromebook. That was our experience.
Q: Can I download and run Quicken on a chrome book to keep my banking check register?
