Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy although I purschased a chrome two yrs ago for my other grandson and you guys told me yesterday that it's totally no more good it won't even take a charge so FYI I would have known this before I brought this one for another grandchild I might would have thought twice about the purschase, I was actually thinking about purschasing one for myself but the life expectancy has to be longer than 2 yrs. I hope this one holds up...so for that reason I'm looking elsewhere for me a chrome or laptop...

Recently got the apple MacBook and it is so complicated I hate to use it, gave it to my daughter :) my new laptop I got at a promotion on cyber Monday, installed it in a minute and off I went. One complaint about Best Buy in the same transaction i got a mouse, decided not to use it tried to return and the store manager was trying to convince me that i got it as a bundle which was completely false, and would not return.

I ordered this item band used the pickup option and while that was very efficient I realized later there was no receipt. My husband likes his gift but this version is different from his past laptop and it had taken us a while to get guidance on how to do normal things. Also we were unable to transfer his old favorites and this has added to his stress.
