I ordered this item band used the pickup option and while that was very efficient I realized later there was no receipt. My husband likes his gift but this version is different from his past laptop and it had taken us a while to get guidance on how to do normal things. Also we were unable to transfer his old favorites and this has added to his stress.

But now that it is part of my online experience, it shines thru. My only departure is that I can't use the apps that I'm used to from Win10. But it's the go-to laptop when everything else crashes. Works perfect. If you don't need what they don't run, you're fine. High quality from this one. I absolutely recommend this product. As long as you know what you're getting.
