I called the company but after 10 calls and leaving a message no one got back to me so there are many features I am not aware of.

I do like the speed, This is just what I was looking for. However, had a video call the other day and the picture quality of the image being broadcast was very dark and gritty. At this price, I could just purchase a webcam and be very happy.

If the image you are broadcasting out is dark and unclear, try increasing the lighting on you and in your work area. If the image you are seeing is dark and unclear that is most likely a issue at the video source. Try viewing video content from another source like YouTube to see if the video improves. If it does, your settings are good.

We went to the Best Buy web site easily found a well priced Chromebook ordered it, we received an immediate email with estimate pickup date. That date arrived and we got notice it was ready for curbside pickup. I drove to Best Buy advised the store I was outside in spot# and they brought it out within 15 minutes, painless, and safe during this COVID time.
