I don’t know if the brand Lenovo just sucks, because I bought a Lenovo laptop about 3 years and that’s trash too, my 10 year old Samsung was faster and more reliable.

Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

Once I purchased, it worked good for one month and the it wouldn't connect to WIFI anymore, had to send it back to Lenovo, they took a month to repair and then when they sent it back it worked for a week and now it disconnects from WIFI at least one time daily and I have to powerwash for it to connect. Waiting now to either get my money back or replace. Customer service is terrible. Please don't purchase!!!!

Battery don't charge.

We tested the cord by using different ones so it must be the battery. Not even 2 years old so I'm not satisfied with that. Nothing is made to last anymore.
