    This item was not even close to what I asked about in the store . Wanted something for my grandson to do zoom and other things on . Found out this was not the product for the job. The staff was not helpful at all . Told me it would be great and found out not at all . Your Ceek personal was helpful but trying to get the item I did need was not a good choice First time using Best Buy hoping the tv and sweeper we got work better then this item . Sorry to say I am not sure I come back or tell anyone to use your store.

    Won't ever buy another Lenovo. This was my 2nd, only got it because it was cheap on Black Friday deal. Have had several issues with this one, like the first one. Was hoping it would work better, but did not. Their customer service in another country has poor communication. The keyboard does things you don't expect, the screen doesn't work all the time when you touch it, a lot of things went haywire. Buttons didn't always work. too frustrating.

    More so the unprofessional process that occurred once I purchased and tried to refund for a better device is why the low rating. Woodlands knows why.

    Was pretty good while it last. It got some chrome book software issue that I guess is common and it never worked again.

    Had to return it, I was told by the geak squad that it would work with my Cricut. Turns out that was some very bad advice, it would not work.

We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use. You can do this by visiting the software manufacture's website and checking their hardware/software system requirements.     Won’t stay connected to WIFI

    Love the features of this chromebook but we have had it for less than 3 months and it fails to stay connected to the wifi regularly. We have to reboot it every.single.time my daughter tries to use it. My return window has ended which is incredibly frustrating. Overall would not recommend. I’m going to reach out to Lenovo and see if they stand behind their products because a chromebook that won’t stay connected to wifi is pretty useless.

    I was disappointed when I got this chromebook. Although I was using it to mostly surf the web, the chromebook would just constantly crash.

    The model kept running out of memory every 10 minutes, and I had to keep closing the browser and clearing the cache. The screen also didn't seem nearly as bright or clear as any of my older devices/2020 standards. To top it off, even the wifi range on this was pretty bad, compared to my 2017 Lenovo tablet & 2015 Toshiba Chromebook. I normally love Lenova- but this unit was not impressive or current.

    This is supposesd to have Gorilla Glass, this screen was in a backpack and the screen cracked beyond recognition. I placed it in for repair when I got it back the screens constantly froze, Took it back and and this counted as 2 repairs when it was a result of whatever they did to fix the screen. Not happy with it.

    Useless Chromebook after 6 months!

    This Chromebook was first used after Christmas, December 2020. The keypad quit working in late April 2021. Best Buy personnel told me the Lenova wouldn't fix it - this was a "normal use" issue. So this unit is unusable after six months.

    Gave this to my child for her birthday to use for school and home use. 6 months later several of the keys have stopped working and she can no longer type anything with the keyboard. Would recommend spending your money on something a little better that lasts more than 6 months.

    This laptop purchase was a total waste of money, it keeps getting on and off. Lenovo support is pathetic, absolutely no support raised tickets nobody was bothered, though still in warranty period cannot do anything with it. Since nobody responds from Lenovo support.
