We tried at home to change the language and it would not work. Took it back to Best Buy and even the Geek Squad was stumped. But, I really appreciate how quickly customer service worked to get the computer returned and my money refunded.

We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web sites of the APPs you are trying to use, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Teachers expressed poor camera quality in seeing our son who had this chrome book. Touch screen but does not work when teachers are trying to interact and have child write or draw on zoom. Returned to the store due to these concerns

We exchanged it for a different brand. Lenovo is very basic and is better for functionality but for teens doing remote learning, it wasn't a good fit.
