    Great little chromebook! Best Buy had this on sale for $179 (take that Prime Day!)and it was delivered today. It feels and looks like a much more expensive machine. The screen and sound are fantastic, not to mention touchscreen and "flex" mode.

    The computer itself is fine, and the size, weight, and touchscreen are definitely a plus. But, after less than a week and only a few Zoom meetings for school, the camera/webcam has completely ceased to function. It cannot be recognized when opening the camera app, Zoom, Hangouts, r any other platform that would require the webcam. Even after power washing the device, this problem was not solved, and it will not recognize an external webcam connected via the USB port. I'll probably have to return it.

    I purchased this produce based on it s price and features. It seemed to be exactly what i wanted. Imagine my dismay when i plugged it in and it wouldn't work. It had power and the screen back lights were on but the screen was blank. I took it back to Best Buy. I was skeptical about getting another but i thought i would give it another chance. However , i was told they were sold out and i would have to choose something else or get a refund. i took the refund and took my business elsewhere.

    Lenovo consumer division - bad Buy!!

    Bought one. It failed within 9 mo. Lenovo did not honor warranty. I do not recommend buying a consumer Lenovo laptop. They are poor quality machines, and Lenovo service is the worst!
