This laptop has been getting a lot of praise, so let me start with the negatives: * Only 1 monitor per USB-C port. This means a single-cable docking station is out of the question if you like dual external monitors. * Only 2 external monitors. Same concern as above, but it's worth calling out that, unlike my other Chromebooks, 3 monitors (4 screens total) is out of the question. * Some stuttering in the UI, even when the CPUs aren't fully loaded. It's not always bad, but it shouldn't happen at this price point. * Keyboard light bleed is bad. (I don't use the backlight, but I know it bothers some people.) * Keyboard layout is totally different from other Chromebooks. If you are coming from another device, you're going to have to re-learn half your shortcuts. (Re-mapping Delete was just mean...) If you can overlook that, there's a lot to love, though. * Nice big, bright display. In theory it supports color adaption, although it's either subtle or I haven't triggered it. * Fingerprint sensor! * 16GiB of RAM ... almost impossible to find. * Top-firing speakers that are better-than-average * Battery life is genuinely great (although it was already quite good enough on most Chromebook Plus devices). * Easy to hold and light. Because it's ARM, Linux support isn't _quite_ as good but almost everything is available and it's getting better every day. Overall, an impressive device that'll serve most people just great.

I'm blown away by this Chromebook! The Kompanio Ultra processor is a game-changer, providing incredible speed and efficiency. I can power through my to-do list with seamless multitasking and still have a ton of battery life left—I'm talking multiple days of light use and a full 12 hours of heavy use. Beyond the performance, every detail feels premium. The OLED display is absolutely beautiful, the keyboard and trackpad are a joy to use, and the speakers are surprisingly loud and clear. Plus, with the included Wi-Fi 7 and a super-fast fingerprint sensor, it's clear this Chromebook was built for speed and convenience. It's truly a fantastic machine.

I was very excited to purchase this device based on the many reviews (especially from ChromeUnboxed). To me, it is a throwback to my Asus 302C from several years ago - one solid, nice, fanless aluminium Chromebook. It is thin and highly portable. The OLED 2K touchscreen is beautiful, though I would have prefered a convertible form factor for the Android Apps. Battery life is superb. It isn't quite a fast, it seems as my Acer 516 GE, but I haven't compared them in a benchmark yet. Recommended for those that are not interested in a convertible, though Acer now has a similar model that is a convertible (albeit with a much less quality screen).

Excellent value for the price. Beautiful screen, high quality touchpad, great performance, battery last as long as advertised. Relatively lightweight. Quality material that feel great. Great speakers. Nice little things like a camera privacy shutter.

Many reviewers have labelled this model as the best Chromebook ever made. I concur. The OLED screen is wonderful. The processor is very quick and responsive. The keyboard is great. I have noted a decrease in my typos. The trackpad is smooth and responsive, and a good size. Battery life is phenomenal. I often get two days of significant usage. Build quality is excellent. Since I can accomplish everything I need to with the Chromebook, I find I prefer using it over my Windows 11 desktop.

I finally upgraded from my Pixelbook Go for this one. I had been waiting for a Chromebook with a good ARM chip, high ram, a nice bright display and good speakers. That was the main reason I waited so long to upgrade from my Pixelbook Go because it had nice loud speakers that didn't sound like garbage. The Dolby speakers on this didn't disappoint. Mind you, it is still a laptop but for a laptop it sounds pretty excellent. You even get a bit of the surround sound vibe. The battery life is a crazy good 15 plus hours if you don't keep the screen at Max brightness. If you have it on Max brightness, you still get pretty good battery life, a solid 8 to 10 hours. The screen is great looking and the processor with the ram keeps everything running really snappy. I even took it with me camping and watched a movie on it one night and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I've owned 4 other Chromebooks and this is best one yet. It's fast, well built with a great screen, touchpad, keyboard, AND amazing battery life. I use linux crostini a lot so I only got it because of the 16 gb ram. I also appreciate the fingerprint reader. The one caveat I have is it doesn't have USB4 (thunderbolt) ports. But on the other hand when plugged into my OWC thunderbolt dock using the port on the right side, I do get 4k 60hz resolution on my external monitor.

The Lenovo Chromebook Plus is the best Chromebook I've ever used. It uses the best processor available for a Chromebook, the OLED screen is beautiful, the touch pad and keyboard are both great to use, and the build quality is top notch. The battery lasts over two full days of use. Highly recommended.

This Chromebook is wonderful It has everything! The speed is wonderful its fast when looking things up. Very long battery I can play all night on it. Beautiful display vivid color. I had old Chromebook and this is lots, lots better!!

If the screen just had better resolution, and 120 refresh rate this would have been the perfect Chromebook. As it is it's still very solid and fast with great battery life. But it could have been great. The keyboard has great travel and is very responsive, the screen is bright, and for Chromebook the speakers are really good. I like the texture on the bottom, it helps the computer not to slip. Probably the best Chromebook since my Samsung Galaxy 4K.

The battery on this thing seems to last forever compared to my old laptop! The speed is phenomenal, the only time I managed to bog it down was while doing a CPU test and trying to read a PDF on it at the same time. It starts in seconds with very little fuss. Not to mention the screen, it has easily become my favorite screen to do anything on. The only downside is there is not a ton of Linux applications that work for ARM based chipsets.

Good points: Lightning fast processor ideal for deep research tasks with Gemini; vibrant screen; solid construction; excellent volume on speakers (though "Atmos" on a laptop is a silly gimmick - you'll wanna turn off spatial audio); shockingly great battery life. Features that aren't flaws but might take getting used to: keyboard has a slippery feel; functions assignments are great once they're second nature, but took me a couple days to get there; fingerprint scanner didn't work well for me at first but I "retrained" it and now it works fine.

My previous Chromebook was the 3rd generation Acer Spin 713 with the 11th generation Core i5 , 8 gigs of RAM, and a 2K display. That Chromebook was lightning fast and had an amazing, sharp, and super bright display. Unfortunately, it missed the "Chromebook Plus" software designation. This Lenovo Chromebook Plus 14 is faster, especially with Android apps. The Kompanio Ultra 910 with 16 gigs of RAM is no joke. The display, although less in overall resolution, is just as good looking and seems a bit brighter than the 713. The battery life of the Lenovo is at a completely different level when compared to the 713, thanks to the efficiency of the 3nm processor. I often go 3 days without charging it. Standby battery life is insane. The keyboard feels great, the chassis is smooth and sturdy, and it certainly feels more refined than the 713, which is no slouch in with its all-aluminum build. The Lenovo's fingerprint scanner is a very nice bonus feature. The software experience is much better on the Lenovo due to the "Chromebook Plus" features. AI summaries of web pages and articles is my most used feature. The speakers are the best I've had on a clamshell, and the web cam is very good. The only 2 metrics in which the Acer 713 has superiority was with the ports and its ability to convert to a tablet (which I never used). In particular, it boasted 2 Thundebolt 4 USB Type C ports, whereas the Lenovo's 2 Type C ports are only USB 3.2, and only the one on the right can output 4K at 60 Hz. Besides that, it is superior in all other benchmarks. The Lenovo Chromebook 14 Plus has it all: amazing performance, great display and sound, amazing battery life, and the best ChromeOS software experience available.

This Lenovo Chromebook Plus 14 inch laptop is such a joy to use . Its processor works effortlessly at daily task . Also the long lasting battery life is exceptional . The 2k screen is bright colorful & easy on the eyes in different lighting . The Keyboard is perfect for this laptop . I cant think of anything to complain to much about . Really love this laptop .

Greatest Chromebook of all time! What a great machine. Great OLED, Wifi 7, Excellent performance, 50 TOPS NPU and great graphics performance. 17+ hours of Battery. Unit sleeps well.

Wonderful upgrade from one of the latest high end ASUS Chromebooks. Way better battery life, way better screen, way better sound, and way better performance. Also, the year free of Gemimi Pro is worth about $240 and makes the whole experience with this machine even better.

Finally a replacement for the much loved Pixelbook. This Laptop has a very similar feel but is much faster! Probably one of the fastest laptops I've used yet. Super nice machine in all aspects. I use PCs at work but decently specced Chromebooks are a much more pleasant experience. Practically zero maintenance, just works, fast, great battery life and when I close the lid I can count on it resuming with the same battery level. Just buy this computer even if you're tempted by a PC at a similar price. You won't regret it.

This Chromebook has been great over the past month that I've had it. The OLED screen and long-lasting battery make it the perfect companion for work or play. Despite owning a Windows desktop and a Mac, this Chromebook has become my go-to device. Compared to my previous Chromebook, the Duet 5, the Linux container starts much faster and apps run smoother.
