Processing speed is fast; battery life is great; screen looks beautiful;

I've owned 4 other Chromebooks and this is best one yet. It's fast, well built with a great screen, touchpad, keyboard, AND amazing battery life. I use linux crostini a lot so I only got it because of the 16 gb ram. I also appreciate the fingerprint reader. The one caveat I have is it doesn't have USB4 (thunderbolt) ports. But on the other hand when plugged into my OWC thunderbolt dock using the port on the right side, I do get 4k 60hz resolution on my external monitor.

Great screen with a great battery and speedy. What more can you ask for? Best Chromebook ever!

I've been using Chromebooks since 2010 and have owned premium devices during this time. The Lenovo Chromebook Plus 14 is better than all we have owned. Everything is so snappy, but at the same time, it has great battery life. It's one of 3 premium chromebooks currently in the house and if we need to replace one of the other 2, It will be with another Lenovo Chromebook Plus 14.

If the screen just had better resolution, and 120 refresh rate this would have been the perfect Chromebook. As it is it's still very solid and fast with great battery life. But it could have been great. The keyboard has great travel and is very responsive, the screen is bright, and for Chromebook the speakers are really good. I like the texture on the bottom, it helps the computer not to slip. Probably the best Chromebook since my Samsung Galaxy 4K.

I am incredibly happy with my Lenovo Chromebook Plus. This is hands down the best Chromebook I've ever used. The display is gorgeous, and the performance is snappy. What truly sets it apart for me is the Linux environment, which has genuinely allowed me to replace my MacBook for most of my daily tasks. This Chromebook is a fantastic value and a real productivity powerhouse.

I really loved this machine. It has topnotch specs. A fast powerful processor, 16 gigs of memory, 256 gigs of storage, a fingerprint reader, an OLED touch screen (which was a bit small for my tastes but not a deal breaker) and awesome audio. But from the start there were issues with driving an external display via USB-C. It would periodically blank out. I replaced the cable several times and eventually the monitor itself but still had the same problems. I finally sent it in for repair and after a motherboard and usb-c board swap the display issues were gone. BUT during the repair something happened to break whatever it is in the machine that enables DRM to function properly. I could no longer play protected video. I sent it back in for repair. The supposedly fixed machine still had the problem. I sent it in for repair for a third time. When it came back the original external display problem had come back with a vengeance (now the display would not show an image at all rather than just blanking out now and then) AND the DRM problem still wasn't fixed. Discouraged, I escalated the issue to customer service. I really wanted a replacement but there weren't any available so I had to settle for a refund. So all in all this is a great machine, if you get a good one.

Its expensive, but well worth it. Has everything I wanted in a chromebook. The display, and the keyboard are amazing. No hickups in use, does everything right and has a premium feel to it. Highly recommended.

am absolutely thrilled with the Lenovo Chromebook Plus. I specifically bought it for the built-in AI features and the 12-month Google Gemini Pro subscription, and in terms of performance, it's a huge upgrade. The speed and functionality blow my old Windows laptop out of the water, and the transition to ChromeOS was surprisingly easy. However, the "Open-Box Excellent" purchase from Best Buy was a disaster. Buyers must be aware: The 12-month Google AI promo ($240 value) had already been redeemed by the original owner. This offer is tied to the hardware, so once it's claimed, it's gone for good. To make matters worse, trying to resolve this was an ordeal. I wasted over two hours with customer service, was transferred six different times, and had two calls "accidentally" dropped by support, which all felt very deliberate. Best Buy's "Open-Box Excellent" condition description nowhere states that advertised software promos are excluded. Despite all that hassle, they still refused to offer any price adjustment or compensation for the lost $240 value. The Laptop: 5 Stars. A powerhouse. Best Buy Open-Box: 0 Stars. Misleading and abysmal customer service. I would recommend this Chromebook to anyone—just make sure you buy it new or get written confirmation that the promo is intact.

This thing is an absolute pleasure to use. I am a screen snob and this OLED ticks all the boxes. It js bright, crisp and color accurate. No fans, no noise. Rediculosly fast. Linux apps work fine. I was apprehensive about dropping $750 on a Chromebook but im happy i sid.

Good size keyboard and screen. Lightweight and solid build. Bought as replacement for older Lenovo 11 inch model that had reached EOL. Impressive storage and ram.

I’ve usually have avoided chromebooks in the past due to their inherent limitations but was willing to give this one a try being a Lenovo product. It’s been ok but not overwhelmingly better than what even a refurbed M1 MacBook would offer. Yes it has touch but that’s not an important thing for me. I was looking for something with OLED display and affordable to take on the go to the coffee shop and not be overly concerned if it got broke or stolen. For the same price I could have got a macboook air and been happier. It has some quirky behavior where it looses mouse and audio over Bluetooth. The touchscreen aspect I just find annoying. On the plus side: the OLED screen is nice. As a device for media content consumption it is great. YouTube plays great. The onboard speakers are phenomenal. The built in camera is fantastic. Tight integration with Google Docs, and other Google products like Gemini, etc is great. Bottomline: would i recommend it. For the casual user already familiar with chromebooks and their limitations, perhaps. Yes, I take it to the coffee shop and can do basics, consume media, etc, and is a step up from a low end Acer Chromebook. But I come back to does the price point warrant this compared to what you could get with a MacBook Air? I don’t think so. Even if you were to get a new MacBook Air for slightly more $$ you’d be getting a more versatile device with longer term value. I’ll be keeping the Lenovo Chromebook and make the best of it, but in hindsight it was a mistake to get this over a MacBook Air.

Wow, this is a great computer, and as a Chromebook, it's unequaled. The price is up there, but its internals and fast processor speed justify the price. The weight/portability is also great.

Been looking for a newer solid Chromebook to replace my pixelbook. It doesn't have as high end components but I have happy with the device.

I have been a Chromebook user for many years. I purchased this Lenovo to replace an old Asus Chromebook whose battery would no longer hold charge. My old Asus was "top of the line" when I bought it, with an Intel i5 and 8mb ram. I thought it was fast. Then I fired up this Lenovo. Now I know what fast is. Another bonus is the MediaTek chip inside. It is more efficient than Intel chips and requires no cooling fan.

As someone in the IT field I have always had high end laptops. Well my daily driver Razer finally died on me so I decided to purchase something new. I thought about getting a laptop but then thought about what I needed it for. So I started researching these higher end Chromebooks and came across the Lenovo. Loved the specs for what I wanted it for which was searching the web, some documents (Google Docs works for that), social media, entertainment (movies, music, and some games) and it met those needs. I love the fact that there is basically no boot up time and I can open the lid and it's ready to go. The addition of having Gemini for a year for free was a plus. I've actually used my phone and tablets less with this being basically with me all day. Battery life is beautiful. With normal use I have charged it maybe every other day or with light use three days. Highly recommend it but do remember what it is does and what it does not.

Greatest Chromebook of all time! What a great machine. Great OLED, Wifi 7, Excellent performance, 50 TOPS NPU and great graphics performance. 17+ hours of Battery. Unit sleeps well.

I've tried all the Chromebook plus is this hands down the best one out at the moment. My favorite part is the beautiful screen and how quiet it is. I don't ever hear a fan running.

Wonderful upgrade from one of the latest high end ASUS Chromebooks. Way better battery life, way better screen, way better sound, and way better performance. Also, the year free of Gemimi Pro is worth about $240 and makes the whole experience with this machine even better.

Excellent Laptop for college! Fast processor, long battery life and excellent performance. Highly recommend for anyone needing a powerful laptop for light to medium workloads.
