    After 5 great years as a workhorse my old @lenovous C340 died the other day. This Lenovo - Chromebook Plus 14" OLED 2K Touchscreen Laptop with Gemini - MediaTek Kompanio Ultra 910 - 16GB Memory - 256GB UFS - Seashell is galaxies above! All ratings are in comparison to my previous laptop. My base model lasted 5+ years and was superb I'm excited to see what this souped up one can do.

    A Great Chromebook! This replaced my Lenovo Duet 5 Chromebook and it is a huge upgrade. There were certain apps I couldn't use on the old Chromebook that work great on the Chromebook Plus! I am very happy I upgraded!

    I had no issues with this Lenovo computer, I have tried other brands and none would actually compare. I had tried the MacBook which would always be glitching and overheating, but this Lenovo computer is easy to access any website , does not over heat and the best features in my opinion would be that its touchscreen apart that it had Face ID and has lighting for your keyboard for the night time

  • Great little Chromebook with one exception

    I find this Chromebook to be almost the best one I have ever owned. It's fast, lightweight, good battery life, nice quiet keyboard, and lots of space. My only real complaint is the backlit keyboard. It is so dim that even in a dark room it is barely noticeable. The backlit keyboard was a big feature for me and I am disappointed that it isn't brighter or a way to adjust it to make it brighter.

    Everything on this Chromebook works great! 4 stars because of limited ports. Easy fix though with an accessory to add more ports. Once that is done it's a 5 star*****

  • So good yet so frustrating

    This Chromebook is bittersweet, but can be really bitter. I've been looking for a replacement for my Pixelbook Go, which I loved, and I thought this was it. Everything about this is Chromebook is awesome except the track pad. It constantly freezes repeatedly. This is a known issue out on the interwebs and I've tried all the listed fixes. Nothing works other than restarting every hour. So close yet soooooo frustrating. If the track pad worked as expected, 6 stars.

      To start, we'd like to ask some questions to better understand your situation and what you've done to try to resolve the issue, so we're not sharing troubleshooting steps that you've already taken.

      First, is your Chromebook up to date with the latest software? The bug it seems you're experiencing was addressed with an update recently, so we're curious about this. Next, you don't have to spell it out in detail, but what are "all the listed fixes" that you've tried?

      We will investigate the matter to make the necessary changes, and in the meantime, what would be helpful for us is to submit your feedback internally to various teams by:
      1. Pressing "alt+shift+i" on the device keyboard while logged in.
      2. A feedback window will open.
      3. In the description box, type in "issue with UI stuttering".
      4. Submit your feedback.
