Did not find the system that easy to install.

Problem making the system work with my printer, software that was not as easy to work with as was my old system. The service technicians on the help line were excellent in resolving problems.

Finally feeling confident about a purchase

I am not a fan of either of these brands which is why I went with Lenovo. I have friends in the IT business and they strongly suggested Lenovo so I went with it after doing tons of research. I love it so far and have zero complaints!
