I have been using this PC for almost 5 years, no problems whatsoever. The only upgrade I have made is maxing out the RAM at 32GB.

Needed new comp, purchased this model because it had all the functions and speed i needed.

Ok after a extremely bad experience with the new ASUS rogue gaming desktop ( Do NOT Recommend) I decided to set my gaming up the old fashion way buy basic then upgrade, So after researching Best buy this appeared to be the best deal a mean an I5 processor, and dedicated video card for less than $800.00, I purchased this computer and first thing I did was add a $200 NVidia Video card ( you will need a new power supply as well, I purchased a good one for about $120.oo they are cheaper, And I can tell you with those small upgrades you have the ultimate machine for gaming and anything else, shows video in HD, runs all games on max settings without as much as a hiccup, processor is nice and fast, webpages are almost instant, I am sure if you are needing just a everyday computer or even light gaming this is a great machine. I do wish it had a few more USB ports and more memory but easily upgraded as it has 4 memory slots with only two used, I am not sure what these other reviews are about factory virus's and what not, But as with any machine I will recommend this: It is true a lot of bloat ware is installed on new machine's however this is usually piggybacked on the free anti virus software loaded into the machine DO not under any circumstance register the anti virus and when it is set up first thing to do ( and I do mean first thing even before Updates# install a new PURCHASED anti virus I personally recommend Norton 360, all the talk about it being a software hog is hogwash, # Used to be the case a decade ago# Yes it is expensive but hey your protecting a Machine you just paid $800.00 for so yes I will spend $70.00 to do that. If you do that simple step right there, even if you do not use Norton but any other PURCHASED software you will never ever see most the problems reported here. as far as this machine it is just awesome and very upgradable. Just keep in mind this is a $800 machine and I think some of the people reviewing it think just because it has a 2gb dedicated graphics card they are going to jump in out the box and play call of duty at max settings and run without a glitch that's not going to happen so I do think some expectations are just a little high #Out the Box# But so far this is a Great machine, I do see p[people comparing this to an HP envy which being a HP person myself #This is my first Lenovo) I would pit this machine up against that any day of the week it is a much better value as the price comparable HP Envy doesn't even have the dedicated graphics card, But apples to oranges. One more note: Also keep in mind with all windows 8 machine's this does not set up auto restore except when updating so if in the future you have to revert your hard drive to an earlier state about the only option you will have if you do not set it up will be back to factory spec's. so I always set my system up transfer all my programs and when all that is done and I am sitting there with a FRESH machine loaded with all my programs, I manually create a restore point and save it, that way if I ever do happen to get a virus and have to revert the drive, I have the perfect spot to revert to. so I will not have to reload all my programs.

All in all not too bad of a desktop PC. It would be nice if you were able to do a bit of customization in the store rather than have to bring it home and do it.

I just went into the store, told the salesman what I wanted the PC to do for me and this item was recommended by the salesperson.

Love my new desktop. It's got the right amount of memory, hard drive space, and dedicated video RAM. Lenovo has done another great job!!!

I reviewed several brands online and this one came out on top. It goes way faster than my old unit and you can open the unit to add on.

It is attractive and noiseless--and it seems like a good computer. Only time will tell just how good it is.

Have to get use to 8.1 programs and then apps, but if know how to use all that then guess no problem. Best buy team was excellent.

This PC runs and looks great graphics are good and Windows 8 is awesome I would definitely recommend this it's a good gaming PC .

This machine performs flawlessly. I like the media controls on the included keyboard and the speed and quiet performance.
