This is a power full unit, fast with good performance. However the drive had some noise.

The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because A. Windows 8 sucks, and B. there were a few hiccups along the way while setting this thing up. For example the volume controls are all over the place, there's really no equalizer to level out the volume, so some apps the volume is really high, while on others it's really low. Other than that, this thing is fast, right out of the box. Very easy to set up, not too much bloatware to uninstall. Looks nice too. Another thing though that I am not so fond about is, as others have stated, the Tower is a bit large. The dimensions marked on the site are much smaller than it actually is. The depth is not 14", it's more like 16" possibly even 17", it hangs off the end of my desk. If you're looking for a good gaming computer right out of the box, I recommend this. It's not for intense gamers, at least not out of the box. Tack on a new PSU and graphics card and you should be able to play anything though. This computer can handle GTA V on medium settings with no lag. All in all, it was a good investment, but I plan on building it up.

This PC is great right out of the box for PC gaming, video production, any type of document editing, and doing anything on the net. You can easily setup a dual monitor display by sending HDMI to one, and VGA to the other. I've had no trouble running any game at full settings, unless I tried to screen capture while playing. Once you get the internet connection going you should immediately download NVIDIA GeForce Experience, and have it keep your video drivers updated. The computer has to be updated via a wired connection before it will use the WiFi adapter, and there were major problems getting the computer to pickup a monitor for the first time. You can keep hitting F2 when you first boot it up to bring up the BIOS, and that will eventually bring the monitor up if it doesn't do so automatically. To cut the computer off just hold down the power button for a short time until the light goes off if you need to try again. The mouse that comes with it is decent. The keyboard is great besides one flaw. The Fn key is where the left Ctrl should be, and it's a major pain. The keyboard is not backlit either, which makes it impossible to see if you are between the keyboard and your light source. The PC could use several more USB ports in the back as well. From a little research I've found that you should be able to expand the RAM up to 32GB, add one extra internal Sata 3 HDD, add an extra USB card via PCI Slots, and easily upgrade to an even better graphics card. If you are just looking to get into PC gaming this is great right out of the box though. I also use the PC for photo editing, graphic design, video production, and music production as well.

thie is an o.k. computer it is quite and so far no complants except one the computer looks like it would be easy to installed a 2en d.v.d. or blue ray drive but when the computer is open there is no way to do so but over all it is a nice quite computer and so no problems with it

We have had to bring in this computer several times to get fixed. From black out screens to factory installed viruses to black outs after automatic updates. I was told the only option there is, is to purchase the GEEK SQUAD services for an additional 200. REDICULOUS!!!

I bought this pc for my son for gaming. It runs beautifully and doesn't lag.

Windows 8 is gets a little tricky to get used to, but it is a great machine
