Computer not quiet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About 2 days into using this desktop it started humming from the tower. I can touch the case or move it and it stops for a little while and then starts again. I have looked up this problem but nothing about it. I wish I new what the problem was, I have checked all screws to see if they are lose and this did not help. Its a faint hum but annoying.

NO Speakers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not a bad computer, until you learn (after you bought it) that there are no speakers in this computer. $679.99 and there's no speaker. I mean like, this isn't a cheapie computer. Or is it ? I guess I'll find out. I spoke with a Lenovo tech last week who did tests on the computer and said the speakers weren't working and he would send out a technican. A week later I called back to see where the tech was and Lenovo now said there was no speakers. Who's right ? The tech who did the scan and diagnostics, or the guy who didn't bother to do anything? Bottom line........no speakers, and a big runaround.

Dell Monitor Not Recognized

Back to store, got cable, hooked up monitor. I could not get the computer to recognize my Dell monitor. The only monitor it saw was a generic, not PnP, monitor. Only had one option for resolution - big. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Levono support. Good customer service but we could not get it to work properly. I'm returning in the morning. Computer seemed okay but my less than 2 yr old monitor should have worked.

Constantly does not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I plugged in the unit and after doing the update it gave me an error code 1962, I took it to a computer repair shop and they fixed the problem I go to use the computer a month later after returning from work and the same error code happened again I took it back to the shop and they fixed it free of charge within an hour the same code was back took it to the shop once more they fixed it and then it happened to them as well now I'm out $700 for this oversized paperweight
