It took a few calls to the Geek Squad to help get the new computer set up, but it is fast and seems like a good, solid machine!

First let me that this is an excellent work computer. You've got enough storage for projects and enough RAM to multitask effectively. It's speedy and quiet. The problem comes when you want to game. While this computer comes with decent specs, if you want to game seriously, improvements must be made. I bought this tower knowing this already, so I wasn't disappointed when I opened her up and saw the ridiculously weak power supply matched with a pretty solid i5-4460 quad core. Any person who wants to game seriously on this tower should definitely upgrade the power supply and graphics card. I personally put a 600W PSU and Geforce GTX 750 into mine to begin with, but I'm planning on going with a GTX 970 once I measure and make sure it'll fit into the case. The reason I took off a star is for the fact that it doesn't really come gaming ready (though sales associates will swear otherwise) and the fact that the case looks big in person, but there is actually a mini-ITX motherboard inside and not as much space as one would believe. That's not a bad thing, but it can limit certain options. All in all, it's an excellent computer for sure and I even have no problem with Windows 8.1, but prospective gamers should be aware that this machine is NOT gaming ready right out of the box. A Geforce GT 720 is a terrible GPU for modern games especially when combined with an under-powered stock power supply. If you're comfortable with handling PC parts however and don't mind spending a little extra money, a quick upgrade of a few key parts will get you gaming in no time.

Great PC so far (have had for a month). Everything is fairly user friendly.

Our initial purchase was very frustrating. We received a refurbished computer that was password protected. We returned the computer to the store where they made good on the purchase and re-ordered a new computer for us. Once we received the computer, we had to upgrade our modem to accommodate the computer. We also forgot to order Windows software. We survived the glitches and everything seems to be working.

Reliable fast computer. Does everything I need it to. I would definately recommend this product to a friend.

The windows 10 free upgrade is nice ... built in video card and wifi are great quality for the beginning gamer

I just purchased this PC, it is my first Lenovo and so far is working good, pretty fast.

Was recommended to get a Lenovo, as an upgrade for my 5 year old Windows 7 unit. Can hardly wait until I get Windows 10. GeekSquad has been very helpful getting things set up. Don't like the WebRoot virus protection and am annoyed by the calls from India call center.

Has good CPU and Ram. Upgraded with a higher capacity PSU and GPU. PSU is way under powered for any upgrades. 280 Watts. GPU wasn't bad but kind of weak. Motherboard is average at best. Only 1 PCI slot. Would have 4 stars if mobo had higer expansion capability.
