I bought a Geek Squad Certified Open Box. It looked brand new. Good size and felt solid (nice build quality). The keyboard was fine. Even though it was a lower res screen, it looked fine for me for an 11.6" screen. I planned to use this as a secondary Chromebook to haul around in my car and around the house. However, this is the deal breaker for me. I like to listen to internet radio. I have a playlist that I've compiled for VLC player. I downloaded both the VLC Linux app and Android app. During playback, audio stuttered, even with just 1 tab open on Chrome Browswer. As comparison, I also have an Acer 713 Spin. Using the same playlist, audio is smooth and stutter-free. Not sure if it's the processor or lower amount of RAM. If were not for this issue, I would have kept the Chromebook. It is fine for web surfing. Great value for a 2-in-1 Convertible with touchscreen. Thanks, Best Buy for this Chromebook at an excellent price. Sorry, I really wanted to keep this.
