    Overall, good experience! Just some mixed info. regarding system credits to apply against computer purchase that was to appear at time of Invoicing. Received credit certificates instead to apply against new purchases.

  • Locked out b/c of Bitlocker & bad customer service

    I set up my new computer and it was great. The very next day I was locked out of it completely because of software called Bitlocker. There was no way to access my computer and I was completely locked out. I called Lenovo and they were to send me a thumb drive to restore my computer. It is more than 17 days later and they have still not sent it to me. I have called them 3 times. They said this is a common problem with Microsoft and that Bitlocker should have been disabled when I set up the computer. There were no instructions or warnings about a problem like this happening. I am going on week 3 without use of my new computer. Lenovo customer service has been awful. I would advise to not buy this computer. I am sorry I did.

    monitor broke within two weeks, the worst part is the Best Buy employee had me sign up for a Best Buy Credit Card that he said would give me 20% credit back to my statement after enrolling. That did not happen, he seemed to not know the difference between cash back and rewards, it took me 3 weeks and is still ongoing with some of the worst customer service experience over the phone which is almost non-existent / all Artificial Intelligence. I will never use Best Buy again and will be telling everyone to never go there again. It is impossible to get any answers or someone to help me.
