love love love.... i keep forgetting its touch screen... great pc for the price. im a MAC guy but love this windows pc. just pick it up and move it easliy.. A+++

Overall, good experience! Just some mixed info. regarding system credits to apply against computer purchase that was to appear at time of Invoicing. Received credit certificates instead to apply against new purchases.

Great for what I need and for a good price. Easy to set up.

I set up my new computer and it was great. The very next day I was locked out of it completely because of software called Bitlocker. There was no way to access my computer and I was completely locked out. I called Lenovo and they were to send me a thumb drive to restore my computer. It is more than 17 days later and they have still not sent it to me. I have called them 3 times. They said this is a common problem with Microsoft and that Bitlocker should have been disabled when I set up the computer. There were no instructions or warnings about a problem like this happening. I am going on week 3 without use of my new computer. Lenovo customer service has been awful. I would advise to not buy this computer. I am sorry I did.

monitor broke within two weeks, the worst part is the Best Buy employee had me sign up for a Best Buy Credit Card that he said would give me 20% credit back to my statement after enrolling. That did not happen, he seemed to not know the difference between cash back and rewards, it took me 3 weeks and is still ongoing with some of the worst customer service experience over the phone which is almost non-existent / all Artificial Intelligence. I will never use Best Buy again and will be telling everyone to never go there again. It is impossible to get any answers or someone to help me.

I was very excited just for the display to be defective

My first Lenovo product and I’m very happy with it. The fact that the “brain” is in the stem instead of the monitor Will provide ease of service in the future. The look of the product is excellent. It’s sleek, easy to use, and affording me not just a great new computer, but a lot of fun! The Best Buy geek squad service provider that set it up did an excellent job as well.

Nice design, faster than my other computer was and quick startup

I'm so happy with the Lenovo All-in-One 27". It replaces a Sony All-in-One 24". The extra 3" makes a big difference. I love that there's a camera on/off switch as a feature. The color is great, subtle and true. It's quick to respond. I'm glad for the column base as the bigger size means that the screen hangs off the side of the desk.
