Good computer with very low storage memory
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a great computer, just one drawback, the computer I purchased has only 256 GB of storage and no expandable memory I just don't get it why not adding at least a TB, even my cell phone has more storage, now I have two options; return it or buy external storage .Please Lenovo explain me how come you probably make the best quality computers out there but struggle to add enough storage memory. A computer over 1000 buck has to have at least enough storage.

Okay, if you don't mind it not waking up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it overall, but the random failure to wake from having locked the screen is a major PITA and basically, just unacceptable. Past few months, no problem coming in the morning and hitting the enter key and having it wake up. All of a sudden (again, it went through a cycle of this several months ago and then started acting normally/as expected), two mornings this week and it's back to unplugging it to get it to respond to anything. All of the rating items are good, but this one aspect prevents me from recommending it. Tired of hunting down YouTube videos and flaky Lenovo support forum answers that do not resolve this issue once and for all.

Terrible computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace an 8 year old Toshiba Satellite laptop that worked fine but would no longer update, this has been the worst decision I've ever made by far. The first thing that broke was the built in SD card reader, it just doesn't recognize anything despite the drivers being updated etc. Then one day it started crashing for no reason, usually if I'd have a web page open along with the program Movavi. This has only gotten worse with time...Then the headphone jack mysteriously gave out and no longer works. I take excellent care of all my computers and systems but this one is going straight into the dumpster after a trip to Mr Hammer in the garage so no one else suffers through buying this awful pile of junk. Hate it, zero stars
