Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaCentre A340 22 All-In-One System. This model of the A340 22 AIO ships with a Calliope Wireless Keyboard, Black, English and a Calliope Wireless Mouse, Black that are both connected to the computer wirelessly via a USB 2.4GHz wireless receiver that is stored within the battery compartment of the mouse and needs to be installed in a USB port on the computer. Install the batteries that are included in both the mouse and keyboard. There is a very small on off switch on the bottom of both the mouse and keyboard. Make sure the batteries are installed in the right direction, the power buttons are both in the on position and that the USB receiver is installed in a USB port on the computer. Power on the computer to activate the mouse and keyboard. If the keyboard is not working, try using the power switch on the bottom of the keyboard to power off the keyboard then power it back on, after installing the USB receiver into the computer. If the keyboard still does not work, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 866-426-0911. This configuration of the IdeaCentre A340 22 AIO is a light to moderate use configuration with its entry-level 4-Core Intel Pentium Silver J5040 Processor. It is configured for light to moderate workloads with productivity type software like Microsoft Office, browsing the internet. It is not meant for multi-tasking or using resource-heavy software programs. We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer, before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use and your workload.

Too Expensive for Low Quality

I purchased this computer in April but didnt open it until June. I wish I would've opened it sooner so I could've returned it for something better especially for the price.
