I have this set up to connect with a docking station that supports 2 additional monitors (proper drivers installed), but performance suffers when multitasking and especially when joining Zoom meetings. I understand that this isn't built as a high performance machine, but would not recommend this for anything above basic usage needs.

Only concerns so far are that the touch pad can be somewhat finicky to use and the battery life isn't that impressive. So far good value for the price I paid.

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. If your OS is not in S mode, next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. Other than some gripes about Windows OS, I’m very pleased with the interface and surface. Great computer!

Great budget laptop

Lenovo laptop more work than it should be

Windows S doesnt allow you to install any outside software. The system instructions for disabling S mode also didnt work. I had to Google fixes and spent the better part of a day attempting these methods until one worked. Since then the laptop has been fine.
