This process can also be activated during device setup. Second, based off the system requirements that are listed on this EA (Sims 4 game publisher) help webpage (https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/the-sims-4-system-requirements/), this IdeaPad should be able to run Sims. It doesn't have a dedicated graphics card as recommended, but so long as you don't raise graphic settings in game it should be fine.
Are you able to change the processor? Like upgrade it? and is there a second slot or plug in for another ssd drive or do you have to change the one that is already installed?

No, the processor cannot be upgraded as it is integrated into the systemboard, and no, there is only one storage slot in this IdeaPad. It is used by the 256GB M.2 2242 SSD that is included with the system, but it can be upgraded to fit either the 2242 or 2280 M.2, tested using up to 1TB.
Is this model really Ryzen 5? I search the model elsewhere and all I see is Ryzen 3, Also I bought this when it said the color was cloud grey, is it still the same laptop just different color?
