    I ordered this online. I live a long way from a store and prefer to do business online. I am a total tech member and just renewed my membership. When it arrived I could not get it out of S mode which I understand is safe mode. I contacted geek squad which is no longer located in the US but in east asia. I worked on the phone and by chat and was told by the agent that windows was corrupted by the upgrades and I must bring it to the store. I eventually after several hours of chat received a label to return it and was assured by the agent that I would get a replacement. Yesterday I chatted with an agent and was told they canceled the replacement and the return would be mailed back to me, because I must bring it to the store. So here, I sit without the computer, and no answers and no help. You cannot call the store for help at all! they send you straight to India.
