    I ordered online BB website screwed up my order and reps would not honor sale price or order Claimed they do not honor sale prices despite order flitches on website even after one of their tech reps admitted website glitches. NEVER AGAIN LAST TIME I WILL ONLY USE AMAZON NO MORE BB IAM REPORTING TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS plus they were rude and insulting I had screen pics for proof

    I ordered this online. I live a long way from a store and prefer to do business online. I am a total tech member and just renewed my membership. When it arrived I could not get it out of S mode which I understand is safe mode. I contacted geek squad which is no longer located in the US but in east asia. I worked on the phone and by chat and was told by the agent that windows was corrupted by the upgrades and I must bring it to the store. I eventually after several hours of chat received a label to return it and was assured by the agent that I would get a replacement. Yesterday I chatted with an agent and was told they canceled the replacement and the return would be mailed back to me, because I must bring it to the store. So here, I sit without the computer, and no answers and no help. You cannot call the store for help at all! they send you straight to India.
