Model name is too close to a Chromebook. Grabbed this one when it was on sale and it didn't even say laptop on the outside of the package like the Chromebook says Chromebook.

Previous Lenovos have been fine. I had a Dell with i5, 8 GB Ram & SSD. Worked like a rocket. This one reminds me of the dial up age. Besides the manufacturer, the only difference is the chip. I regret not returning it within 15 days. I waited 25 days. ) - :

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. (If you switched out of Windows 11 Home in S mode) Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support for further assistance.

While I took advantage of a Black Friday deal from Lenovo, the device wasn't opened until Christmas. It was operational for approximately 22 days and then the Network Adapter disappeared and it no longer could connect to the Internet. Hours of YouTube troubleshooting and another hour of time on the phone with the Lenovo helpdesk determined the device needed to be repaired. My son begins the new college semester tomorrow and I now get to wait upwards of a month (20-30 days) for the process of being shipped a box, returning the device, them fixing the device, them shipping back the device. All for a computer bought less than 2 months ago and operational for less than a month. They would not stand by their products and replace. I bought through Lenovo but picked up at BestBuy and Lenovo is using this as an excuse to not honor their product. If you're buying a Lenovo, buy directly from Best Buy, not the manufacturer.

I took it back and had to add extra cash. Unpleasant experience
