Yet, unfortunately for me, this laptop was unable to make a successful connection therefore it was a must to make a return.

Doesnt work and feels cheap

However, the touch screen nor the touchpad seemed to work correctly as part of the pad felt and sounded like it wasn’t attached correctly.

At that point, I have to force shut down because it does not do anything.

Junk Stay Away

Lenovo in general is junk stay away and spend the extra money on a better brand. Between the random crashes, being absolutely horrendously slow for basic uploading, complete wifi card collapse, and the fact that it freezes makes this machine almost unuseable.

Best Buy treats their customers terribly and people should shop elsewhere. Additionally, this was an industry standard price, there was no deal.

My old Dell E6530 is still faster and plays games as good as that thing especially for the way I had to buy it. Which was through progressive. Of course that's 3 times as much as its worth. Yea I got pretty screwed with the choice I made.

Build quality

The mouse pad even indented inwards half an inch when i would press on it. I even did it so gently, would never buy again.

It was packaged poorly, but surprisingly no apparent problems or damage was caused by sloppy shipping. Just because it was an "open box refurbished" doesn't mean it couldn't use a little bubble wrap or some type of padding.
