My only gripe is the bluetooth does not work. I bought it as an 'open box ' so I knew I was taking chances. It has more memory than my chromebook so that's a plus.

It's been great for what we need it for(web browsing, submitting assignments). It's light weight and easy to use. My son even uses it and he is 5 years old. It uses Windows 10 and easily connects to my home network and I use it wirelessly throughout the home. Doesn't come with a cd drive and everything has to be downloaded but like I said I save everything to my home network and don't use the save space that the computer came with.

It's responsive and comes with newest updates to Windows 10. A trackpad with multi touch or click ability would be very helpful. Don't think you can beat it for the price and it doesn't come loaded with bloat ware from Lenovo.

The mouse pad is very poor, skips, jumps, not as good as other brands I own. Price was the best have seen for a small computer. Purchased on a 4 hour sale.

It comes with Microsoft office for a year, another plus. It is what it is, but for the money it is a great starter laptop especially for a young person
