Good Product
Posted .This is a good product. I bought it on sale for almost 200.00$ that's including geek squad. I like it , it's small and fast and well made. It's not to heavy and it's super lightweight and installation of Microsoft Office was quick and easy. I do not need an optical disk drive or things of those nature for a laptop. It is strictly for school and typing Papers and Web browsing for me anyways. I have zero issues with it. It's well made too. I'm used to a bigger keyboard but I am getting used to the smaller one. I do not mind the red color it's nice. I am buying another one for my mom for Christmas this year. Great purchase great buy and wOrth the money

Product great! Best Buy lousy!
Posted .Got a great deal on the Lenovo laptop, $149.99, AND Microsoft Office 365 Personal FREE for one year! A $70 value! One problem: there was NO KEY CODE IN THE PACKAGE for the Office software. I phoned Best Buy support and was told initially that a key code could be sent to me via email, but after about 5 minutes on hold, the rep came back and said they couldn't do that. He advised the only way to correct the issue was for me to return the laptop and they would issue me another --supposedly with the key code. Forget it. So... 4+ stars on the Lenovo laptop... -1 star for Best Buy. They really know how to delight the customer.

Perfect computer for my needs

- A:Answer While it only has 32GB of storage (with about 9GB being taken by Windows 10), that is enough for thousands of basic word\powerpoint\excel documents. You can also purchase MicroSD card to expand storage even further. MicroSD cards go up to 128GB in size. It does include a 1 year subscription of Office 365 Home, which includes Office 2016, which has Microsoft Word. After the 1 year subscription expires, it costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year to continue the subscription, or you can use a free alternative like OpenOffice or LibreOffice.

- A:Answer I've been getting between six and seven hours on average, including a lot of Internet use, Pandora, and even videos. Never had a fully functioning PC with anything like this kind of battery life before. I'm sure it would be even longer battery life if I didn't use so much Internet.

Q: QuestionHow do you save eMMC flash storage?I have read about several laptops that use the eMMC memory. I even bought one and returned it because the memory decreased very quickly. I ran disk cleanup and cleaned my browser history but the storage still decreased, 3.4 GB in two days. I even went into settings and tried to delete temporary files/cache and it refused to. A 32GB eMMC had about 12 or 13 GB remaining once it was up and running. So, is it possible to keep that 12 or 13 GB free? Can you divert temporary files/cache to be stored elsewhere than on the laptop itself? What happens when the eMMC storage is completely used up? PS: I'm not a tech person, so I apologize if my question is easily answered?

- A:Answer Use the micro SD port to add storage. I currently use a 64G micro SD card. Plus, you have the ability to change out and place another mirco SD card into the slot. Store items on the micro SD rather than the internal memory.

- A:Answer Yes, Microsoft Office 365 is installed, with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, and One Note. You'll need to activate the subscription, of course. You also receive a full terabyte (1000 gigabytes) of storage space on OneDrive for a year.
