Yes, Microsoft Office 365 is installed, with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, and One Note. You'll need to activate the subscription, of course. You also receive a full terabyte (1000 gigabytes) of storage space on OneDrive for a year.

It does include Word/Excel among many others but will require additional subscription after the year trial. There are many free products available like Open Office, LibreOffice or WPS. I actually uninstalled Office 365 and went with WPS.

It also comes with a MS Edge web-browser (and internet explorer but you have to look for it). The installation for this software is a one year subscription. After that it will expire and you will have to pay for it.
