Nice but needs more resources

I was not able to run outlook and a browser at the same time. It just needs more than 2GB memory and more than 32GB of disk space. it was very slow and not responsive enough for me. I tried to make it work and be patient, but I had to return it and get a machine with much more memory and disk.

Great Notebook for surfing the web
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This notebook it's pretty cool,compact, light and set up it's a breeze, it's flash drive makes it fly, it doesn't have to much capacity but you can always use a external hard drive (wich I strongly recommend) so you can keep it running fast with unnecessary files stacked in it, I truly recommend, it's pretty good choice to use it as a chrome book but in Windows mode.

Quit working after 5 weeks use

And I actually feel like I'm being pretty generous when all is said and done. Let me start off by saying that I read plenty of reviews before purchasing this item, and the strong majority were stellar. I did not read about the problem that occurred with my laptop in a single review, so this may very well be a one off defective item that I purchased. I will say that the laptop is awesome for the price. The battery life is great, the size is perfect for everyday use on the couch, and could not be any better for everyday college schooling use. While the computer isn't quick or fast by any means, it more than gets the job done when dealing with normal everyday functions. The keyboard is fantastic.. And last but not least, my favorite thing about this computer is how fast it boots up. It's even quicker booting up than my HP g6(Which has 8 GBs of ram and a quad core i5). But..... After 5 weeks of use, the computer has crashed. It will not power on. It will not charge. The computer literally died over night. I just went and put it through Geek Squad with the warranty, so we will see how it turns out. Hopefully this is just a one off, because I am most definitely a Lenovo fan. Just buyer beware. If you do purchase, I would recommend the geek squad protection plan, rather than relying on Lenovo like I am.

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery. There is a very small button at the top of the keyboard, to the right of the power button. The OneKey Recovery System will boot your system when it won't boot normally. Make sure your system is plugged in and the battery has had time to charge a little bit. Push the OneKey Recovery Button with a pen or pencil. The system will boot to a screen that will allow you to choose to boot normally to desktop or restore to factory default settings. Once you boot to desktop, you can follow the link below and look for driver updates that could repair the battery charging issue and any other system updates needed. Be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes or download any new software to your system:
