Good product, but not reliable

I had no great expectations and I wanted very basic functionality. I didn't expect lots of surfing. Very very basic. There are technical issues with this laptops such as a 64-bit processor and a 32-bit UEFI bios but I managed to get passed all that complexities and poor engineering designs just to find out there was something wrong with the eMMC drive. So I had to return it. The second one had no problem with the drive but my backspace and down arrow button were funny and sometimes wouldn't work! I had to return the second one also.

Great Computer with free Office 365 Personal

This computer was sold out at Best Buy. But they had an open box one. So I gave it a try. The original buyer had used the free subscription of office 365 personal so they pennied out a new subscription card for me. I love this computer. I do all my office work from home without a problem.

Decent laptop with a problem

I don't know why that happened, but it runs great now. 4/5

The company attempted repair only for it to fail again in 3 days. Best buy did the right thing and gave me a new device.
