Good but crappy keyboard problem

Turns out the manufacturer had a known issue to replace the keyboard due to malfunction. Lesson learned; raise issues early & pay attention to manufacturer product site if you can. Other than space bar, works great.

Never heard of the brand, didn't do any research, just took the word of the Best Buy person who recommended it. I didn't need fancy, just basic Windows 10. It is satisfactory for what I need.
