Windows is the ONLY OS that runs on this laptop.

About 1GB free memory when booted, and 16-17GB free space on the C: drive. It will not boot via USB or Network (iPXE). It can only boot from the internal SSD which has Windows 10 on it. I confirmed this with Lenovo support. That means no Linux, and no other operating systems can be installed. Other than that, it appears to be a completely silent all solid state laptop. It boots from off to desktop in about 31 seconds. It's very light, and claims 13 hours and 40 minutes from the battery icon after detaching the power cord. In the box you get the laptop, the power charger, and two pamphlets. There's no backup media included, or any other accessories. Since it can only boot from the internal SSD, if/when that fails, the laptop becomes unbootable. The SDHC port worked fine with a Samsung PRO+ 64GB microSDXC card. Except for being locked into Windows, I have no complaints. It seems like a perfectly functional laptop for light use, and performance exceeds my expectations given the price.

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small button on the top of the keyboard near the screen. It is to the right of the power button. You will need a pencil or pen to push the button. The OneKey Recovery System will boot up your system when it will not start normally. Be sure your system is plugged in. Let the battery charge for a short time then push the OneKey Recovery Button. Follow the instructions on the screen to normal boot to your desktop, or restore the system to factory defaults. You may also want to turn off automatic updates once you are back to your desktop. You will get a notice when there is an update for your system. This will give you an opportunity to create a restore point on your system before you allow the update. Check for driver updates for your system. You can use the link below to go to Lenovo.com support-drivers to look for new driver updated for your specific system. Once again, create a restore point on your system before you make any changes or download any new software. Hope this helps:
