The Lenovo Ideapad 100s 14" is a good screen size for surfing the web and reading your email. It is lightweight and has decent battery life. Office 365 Personal 1 Year Subscrition comes with a pre-installed key and not as a separate 25 character key in the box. You have to select the "Office" tile to activate it with no key needed. Do not pick the "Get Office" tile as that is a 30 day trial.

Super slow, freezes, can't run more than 1 program at a time. I wish I could afford a better computer.

My grandson really likes this laptop because of its size and speed. He is a fifth grader who appreciates good technology.

I bought the computer for my son as a Christmas present. He absolutely loves it. It runs the programs he needs for school as when as having enough power for him to also play his games.

This computer is really good for what I need. i.e., checking emails, playing computer games and paying bills online.

I chose this computer as a path to the Internet and for school. Great WiFi connection and good performance for the basics. Love the free year of Office 365. Well worth the price.

Good price for what you get. It's not the fastest, but has the basic features that I needed in a basic computer. The addition microSD memory is a must. I'm happy with my purchase.

I just complete basic tasks such as searching the web, writing word docs, and checking email. It's sufficient for that.

I purchased this laptop as a travel computer and it does everything I expected it to. It won't run very fast but it could handle light web browsing and watching videos. With 2GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, it would help to get a MicroSD card for the sake of ReadyBoost and having more space for files

Met my needs as I just needed it for surfing. Works well and pretty handy too. I got a mouse also and I have no complaints.

I bought it as an extra Computer for the office. Mainly just for email and quickbooks. had to disable a lot of programs for quickbooks to work since it consumes alot of memory. Does what i need it to do. Very happy with the performance and with less than $250 what more can you ask for?

Love the size and weight. The trackpad is not very responsive though. I had to buy a mouse to connect as this got very annoying. The speakers are on the bottom (which makes little sense) so the sound is very low and muffled. Screen kicks out as well once in a while and comes back in like 5 seconds. It's a fine laptop for temporary - the programs work fine, but I would definitely recommend that you invest more if you are looking for a more long-term option. You get what you pay for.

I bought this laptop for my special needs teenager to learn the basics of computing. It's a nice looking machine and has everything needed to serve its purpose.

I am a long-time, die-hard Mac user, but needed a Windows computer to run a few programs. This computer does the job, although it is noticeably slower if I am running more than one program at a time. It is best for those looking for simple word processing/web surfing - definitely not for downloading/uploading/streaming services. I found it well worth the price for what i get out of it.

Bought this for my wife to use for basic stuff like spreadsheets, email, facebook and online bill paying. Works great and is very light. So far has performed well. Price was great too. Very happy with this laptop.

bought this for my nephew, great computer for him for going into high school. Not to extraordinary for what he needs to use it. easy to use, set up and light weight. Nice that is comes with 1 year of MS Office.
