The screen is completely black and will not turn on. I have only had this laptop two years. I am very disappointed now I need to purchase another laptop

It was on sale for $179, perfect for my low budget. Best of all, this Loveno had very little pre-loaded and useless apps. So far very happy with this purchase.

Ok computer but have a lot of pop up

Posted .Thank you for choosing the IdeaPad 100s. With regard to the pop up issue, be sure you have a good anti-virus software installed. Also, check your Internet security settings within your web browser. Turn up your security settings and this will help stop pop ups too.

The only negative is the lack of storage, but with so much cloud storage available it has not been too much of an issue.
