Bad new brought for Christmas gift, when open it was cracked, took back. Got another one charged it up nothing just blank grey screen, took back went with a different product. Not sure if i would ever try them again

I needed a laptop for school. I decided to go to Best Buy. The salesperson showed me several products. I liked the "feel" of the Lenovo and decided to buy the same. Thanks Best Buy!!!

This laptop is the slowest one I've ever owned. they rebooted it once in best buy too but it is still horrible. I don't even use it fo anything serious.

I like Lenovo products. My only concern is that in the specifications says tha you can use 64 GB storage card, but is not true with mine. Can only handle 32 GB

I bought this laptop for my father-in-law. He only uses it for Facebook. I have had to work on it several times to get it set up for him to use it, not sure if it is he computer or him.

I found the computer to be extremely slow. Even though it was a newer version operating system, I found the older ones I used to be much faster. Yes the price was low, but I did not expect the quality of the computer to be so low. The keyboard is also very small. You get what you pay for. I plan on returning the computer first thing tomorrow morning.

This computer was a giveaway and the student loved it. It's a great first starter computer and the expandable memory option was the best option for the students.

A great buy. Geek squad did a great job setting it up. I also liked that I got office for free and also I feel that getting the protection plan is a great idea.

At first i was like it dont have a Dvd Player. After having it a week, i didnt even need it, can watch almost anything digtal. And has windows 10 so im happy

Good laptop for student or just someone who doesn't use it for graphics or speed. I bought it for my husband who just needed the basic, no frill, laptop.

This is a fantastic budget laptop for the price. Very nice slim profile and solid build. Great for basic Web browsing and word processing. Great value!

Very light, runs for much longer than our old Asus. Unfortunately the default browser quit and cannot download different one.

Excellent llaptop for the person on the move and does not need a power computer. Really fast web surfing, checking email and other light duty usage.

Within 24 hours it was freezing up and shutting down on its own.

It is a great laptop for day to day purpose. Wish the mouse could scroll up and down but beside that every other basic feature is present.
